Dear Beloved,
Spirit has been close.
A loving energy seeking to get my attention as I’ve been navigating old, unresolved grief with my inner, much younger self (after all, tis' all things holiday season!).
So, I celebrate the captures of presence in the form of orbs, warmth on my back, a fullness in the room.
I celebrate the vision I hold knowing that I am so, so loved AND absolutely destined to experience the sweetness of partnership, community and expansion.
I celebrate my shadow and all the ways she begs to be apart of my journey.
I don’t always believe.
I can’t always see.
I sometimes refuse to come back to center.
And…it’s all okay.
The presence I feel all around me, reminds me.
The warmth on my back when I hold a vision of my future self moves me.
The voice from a deeper part within heals me.
Living as a sixth sensory being is easy when you choose to minimize distractions. Living a sixth sensory life feels hard when you decide to override your pulse, your knowing.
Your spiritual needs tend to take a backseat.
I hear you and understand all the ways it feels just enough out of reach to create a sacred discipline around your spiritual regimen. One where you show up with persistence and consistency.
After all, taking care of your spiritual needs doesn't directly pay the bills or tone your abdominal muscles. You may even wonder who has time to meditate or write in their journal when there are more pressing matters to tend too.
The truth is, nurturing yourself spiritually is what gives you the energy and grounding you need to ensure inner stability and that your life stays on track.
Just for today, how will you fill your cup?
xo,
Jen
