Looking for our true compass North often leads us back to where we started - within. Reiki is a beautiful companion on our journey of self-discovery, on our journey Home. In our time together we will re-connect with this life force energy in a way that has a powerful, transformational Soul remembering. In our three part series Soul Retreat, over the course of three months, you will:
Increase awareness + capacity to live a heart-centered life.
Navigate physical + emotional pain supporting you in suffering less.
Cope more stably with the ups + downs of life.
Recognize + transform difficult emotions like fear, anger, insecurity, + depression.
Nourish beneficial states of mind like goodness, joy, compassion, generosity, appreciation + equanimity + while asking to manifest more often.
PHASE 1: ALIVE
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5TH
ISHNALA ~ SETTLED IN THE TRANQUIL MOUNTAINS OF NORTH BEND, WASHINGTON, ISHNALA IS A UNIQUE REFUGE FOR SELF-REFLECTION, HEALING, AND NURTURING OF THE BODY AND MIND.
We will beginning our sacred connection with a celebration aimed to prepare our energetic-selves for up-leveling. Further cultivating the intention of presence + expansion, participants will enjoy breath work + yoga to energize + awake their beings. Together, in this live, experiential course, participants will explore the sacred origins of Reiki as an Ancient Healing Art, the Reiki Healing Session (self-healing + client), chakra system + the significance of our intuition.

PHASE 2: NOURISH
Soul transformation happens when we chose to mother ourselves. During this phase, participants will experience connection + time through mentoring, to explore their newly-found Soul remembrance. There will be time for group sharing, distance healings + guided meditations to nurture your Mind, Body + Spirit into the experience of Reiki.

PHASE 3: SUMMIT (VIRTUAL SOUL RETREAT)
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD
Virtual class time: 3 hours
The culmination marks a point of completion, a point of acknowledgment + celebration of one’s journey. Together, we stand at the summit, supporting each other in further cultivating joy + personal freedom in our lives.
Building on the fundamental principles established during Reiki Level I, each student will receive an energetic initiation into the 2nd Degree of Reiki, through an attunement. Students will learn to share the energy of Reiki through distance healing, as well as hone their intuitions + deepen their practice of hands-on healing. Working on a deeper level, we will explore three of the five Reiki symbols.
Reiki Level II Healing Practitioner Certification is granted upon completion of our live, on-line Soul Retreat.
