We all have it, this spark within us begging to set ablaze and yet, most of us feel compelled to contain, minimize or cap her flame.

Through gentle guided meditations, energetic free form writing or art, solo + group work, we will support ourselves with powerful intention setting + releasing all that no longer serves. In our time together, we will honor our inner flame, remembering its link to the creation of beauty, love, motherhood, + fertility. Re-discovering the sacred origns of our Sacral Chakra, our "witch house," while learning how to ignite + take action towards our inner most desires.
